Postpartum Support Packages The early months of parenthood can be beautiful, exhausting, tender, and unpredictable, and support shouldn’t disappear simply because the newborn stage has passed. The Rooted Return offers flexible postpartum care designed to meet families where they are, whether you need a few hours of hands-on help or consistent support over several weeks. Each package provides compassionate, practical care tailored to your family’s needs, giving you more space to rest, recover, care for yourself, and settle into your new rhythm. Hourly Support — $100 per visit | 2-hour minimum Sometimes you simply need an extra set of hands. Hourly support offers flexible care when you need a little breathing room, practical help, or nurturing support without committing to a larger package. The First Four Weeks — 5 hours/week: $950 | 8 hours/week: $1,500 The first weeks home can feel like a beautiful blur. This package provides consistent support during those tender early days, helping ease the transition while giving you time to rest, recover, nourish yourself, and adjust to life with your baby. The Village — 6 Weeks | 6 hours/week: $1,675 Parenthood was never meant to be navigated alone. The Village offers steady, dependable support through the first several weeks, creating a sense of continuity and care as your family begins finding its new rhythm. Rest & Recover — 8 Weeks | 6 hours/week: $2,225 Healing and adjustment take time. This extended package provides ongoing support so you can focus less on keeping everything together and more on recovery, bonding, rest, and caring for yourself during the early postpartum months. Extended Support — 2 weeks, 8 hrs/week: $750 | 4 weeks, 8 hrs/week: $1,500 Support is often plentiful in the earliest newborn days—but months later, families can still find themselves very much in the trenches. Extended Support was created for those later postpartum months when the initial help has faded, but rest, reassurance, and an extra set of hands are still deeply needed. It’s a gentle reminder that you don’t have to “have it all figured out” just because your baby is a little older. New Clients Begin Here - To ensure your care is thoughtful, personalized, and aligned with your needs, all new clients begin with a 30-minute Discovery Consultation before scheduling a service. Please Note - The $30 fee will be deducted from your first scheduled session if you schedule within 30 days of our consutlation.
