About the event
A quiet afternoon created just for birth workers. This is my chance to give back to those who spend so much of their time caring for and supporting others.
Join us for 2- hours of gentle yin yoga, guided meditation, group reiki, diy flower bouquets, tea and meanfuling connection while enjoying soaking up the benefits of the salt cave. Whether you’re a doula, midwife, nurse, lactation consultant, birth photographer, or another professional supporting families, this space is for you.
